Observation

Needs more woodchips under slide in preschool area. Woodchips were observed under 9 inches deep. Needs more woodchips under climbing structure in school-age area. Woodchips were observed under 9 inches deep. Dispute Description: Not long before Dionne left (8-12 weeks ago) she stopped by and wrote us up for the bark but we had some questions for her and she was going to touch base with her supervisor to help us problem solve. She was going to get back to us. Dionne (old licenser) has already wrote us up twice this year, once this spring and once this summer. We spent LOTS of money on bark! I am sending all receipts in, so you can tell we have been very proactive. I do not think writing us up again while we are waiting for her to get back to us is fair. However, for safety of the children we did just put an additional $1000+ worth of bark under the fall zones two days ago. I think the new Director might have tried to explain this to you, but may not have understood it much herself because the conversation was between the old Director, as the new Director is BRAND NEW. I (the owner) happen to know more of the conversation with Dionne.
